(A) The image above shows the electrophoretic pattern obtained using c-PAGEL Neo 10% under high-speed conditions (450 V) with a standard current of 20 mA per gel. As shown, with a sufficient amount of running buffer, a clear and undistorted electrophoretic pattern is achieved—even after just 10 minutes of electrophoresis. Maintaining a constant temperature on both sides of the gel minimizes disruptions in the electrophoretic pattern, such as “smiling” caused by heat generation.

(B, C) Compact PAGE Neo features a slow start function in constant voltage mode. This function allows samples to enter the gel gradually, preventing band smearing even under high-voltage electrophoresis and resulting in clear, well-defined patterns. It also facilitates the entry of high-molecular-weight proteins into the gel, enabling the formation of clear, sharp bands even in Native PAGE.
